PERFORMANCE

In order to become a Super Member, you must meet and maintain each of the following criteria from 1 January to 31 December of every calendar year.

Overall Rating

To meet this criteria, you will need to maintain an average overall rating of 4.8 or higher based on reviews from 1 January to 31 December of every calendar year.

We start calculating this when a Customer Submits their review and not when they make a reservation. So if a Customer’s reservation happened during this assessment period but they submitted their review after it ended, then it will be  counted towards your Super Member status for the next period and not this one.

Response Rating

To meet this criteria, you will need to have responded to 90% of new messages within 24 hours. These new messages included all first-time inquiries and reservation requests from Customers from 1 January to 31 December of every calendar year.

Transaction Rating

You could meet this criteria in one out of two different ways, depending on your 3+1 transactions whether you are leasing or renting between 1 January - 31 December of every calendar year.

  • 3 leases + 1 rental within the period of 1 Jan - 31 Dec of the calendar year
  • 1 lease + 3 rentals within the period of 1 Jan - 31 Dec of the calendar year

Cancellation Rating

To meet this criteria, you will need to maintain a cancellation rate below 1% from1 January to 31 December of every calendar year, regardless of when the reservations will take place. This excludes all exceptions made under our Extenuating Circumstances policy.

*It may take up to 24 hours for your hosting stats to reflect the latest info.
